It’s been a good week!
*My (almost) 2-year-old daughter told me she loves me “ever and ever and ever”
*I finally found myself a planner that suits me (it’s totally customizable) and I have been enjoying the creative fun of making it my own.
*I am about to conclude my second full week of my daily podcasts
*I wrote 4 new poems for my poetry group tonight-and had a blast sharing them!
*I got a new scanner/printer and have it all set up and ready to go
*I have (I think) finalized the layout for my Dilettante’s Diary
*I met my goal of writing 1 blog post/day Monday-Thursday (with an hour and 15 minutest to spare!)
They are all really small accomplishments but what makes them great is how in alignment with my priorities they are.
I am feeling another spurt of creative journalling coming on and I am looking forward to it-and how nicely it will work with my new day planner!
I hope to share how I am using it but figure it might be better to get through a week or two and see if it helps and if I make any adjustments. For now here are some pictures of the pretty little girl 🙂
I am really looking forward to the holidays and having some nice quiet time with the family. I hope to use the time to do some clean-out of things I no longer need to make room for all the amazingness that is coming in 2013. I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions, preferring to look at each day as an opportunity but I am looking forward to all the magic I know is coming.
How are you fairing during the holidays?
I mentioned in my podcast about Andrea Schroeder’s videos on keeping your zen this holiday season-if you get a chance check them out-they are inspired!
Or if you are looking for a more direct approach-check this guy out-he is inspiring!
