Happy Monday everyone!
So I am finding myself feeling much better this week. My energy has returned to normal and I am back on my early morning routine. I don’t have a specific theme for today’s post but I am trying to view this blog as a place to catch up and check in with everyone as we travel this creative journey and so I thought even if I don’t have something, in particular, to discuss it’s nice to just pop in, leave a little post about what is going on with me and hopefully together we can chat and journey and have some creative play time together.
If you listened to today’s podcast you heard how I spent my weekend organizing my little creative corner. There are still a few tweaks but overall the whole space has been re-done and I really feel it’s very user-friendly for me and my myriad of crafts and creative projects. I am hoping to do a little video for tomorrow’s video post and then maybe a second in-depth one of just my rolling cart if for no other reason than the fact that I just really love it 🙂
I have a new project in the works and I am planning on filming and sharing that as well and if all goes well after my appointment today I may just begin a little work on it. I am not pushing myself however because I know usually after running around a bit my energy dips and when I get a home a snuggle nap with the kiddos might be more in order. I am really inspired by the new book I picked up called, Change Your Life Without Getting Out of Bed: The Ultimate Nap Book by SARK. I first learned about it from listening to Michael Nobbs Daily Podcasts and it sounded like a book for me. I haven’t read more than a page or two but already it feels like something that everyone who really believes in caring for themselves might want to check out. (Unless you hate naps. I guess that’s a thing right?)
So for today I am relishing the quiet of my early morning and being back to the routine that suits me so well. I have ideas but no definitive creative plans and for me, that feels like the best way to go!
I hope you all have a beautiful start to your week and thank you for stopping by my little blog. If you would like to say hello-please do in the comments! I love getting comments 🙂
Until next time…
