Today’s poem isn’t about a stranger but the wish is that every person has this in their life!
To the friend I can sit with over tea and coffee
sharing a laugh, a secret, a pain
That we can enjoy the moments together
taking solace that we are not alone
And through a connection, however brief or seemingly insignificant
lessen our burdens, our pain and increase the joys in our lives
